Initial consultation to establish your training goals, cycling history, time availability and any other needs such as body composition measurement, diet analysis and prescription, followed by:
Creation of a yearly periodisation plan based upon your goals and daily detailed training prescription.
Email contact on receipt of the plan to check understanding and in the final week to reassess your progress and customise the next block of training.
